Spotlight Summer Camp

Part of our Summer Camps 2013 Program

Open To Students Entering 1st – 8th Grade
Monday – Friday, July 29th – Aug 2nd, 2013 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Cost = $100 per Camper

Each day is packed with music and fun activities. We’ll learn & perform hit songs from Television, Movies & Stage Productions. Students will learn the art of musical performance while developing fundamental vocal & acting skills. We work together on material that best suits the skill-sets of the team while highlighting the talent of each individual. It’s gonna be a blast!

Celebrating our love for music, kids will learn songs, create and play their own instruments, experience rhythm & movement through drumming circles and group activities. We’ll explore a variety of musical styles and cultural expressions.

Macbeth, The Musical Experience

Introducing Shakespeare for kids. MacBeth, The Musical Experience is a comical and modern theatrical performance that will bring classic literature to life. There will be singing, acting, set & design building, choreography and lots of fun for everyone. We’ll cap the week off with an evening performance for family and friends…this is one week your kids won’t want to miss!

We’re Moving!!!

WE’RE GOING COASTAL!!!

A few months ago we found out that the building we’re in had sold and we would need to move Coastal Music Studios. We decided this was the perfect opportunity to not only find a new home for our teaching studios, but to expand our business.

We are partnering with the music industry legend Buffalo Brothers Guitars to grow and add a musical instrument retail component to better serve you, our students and friends. Buffalo Bros is an institution in the San Diego music scene and we’re stoked about what this will mean for our Coastal Music Community.

425 Our new location is only 3 short miles from the Pio Pico studios…and 4 blocks from the beach…the new address is: 425 South Coast Highway along the beautiful and historic Highway 101 in Oceanside.

We’re cleaning and getting our new space ready this week. Then we’ll be moving in on Sunday, June 2nd. We will be operational and continue our normal weekly lesson schedule next week in our awesome new location.

We’ll keep you posted on progress and let you know our plans for the big move next weekend. There is also talk of a fun GRAND OPENING party sometime in the not-too-distant-future…we love parties!

And yes…we promise to move the ‘Guard Camel on Duty’ sign to the new studio…

Several wonderful kids from our North County Children’s Choir got up extra early today to sing on live TV.

Here’s a little promo for the concert they’re doing this coming Saturday at the Oceanside Pier Amphitheater for the Green Fair. Come out this weekend and support these awesome kids, Saturday 1:00 PM.
