We are so incredibly excited to announce that the North County Children’s Choir will be performing with the San Diego Interfaith Orchestra on Saturday, March 9th at 7:30 PM.
This benefit concert is a musical celebration of springtime, creation and diversity in faith traditions. It will feature the 50 voice San Diego Interfaith Choir, the San Diego Jewish Men’s Choir, the Timbre Handbell Ensemble, and JumpStart3 with a Signing Choir. All proceeds from this event will go to Interfaith Community Services.
We would love to have you come out to cheer on the choir and support this great cause. You can get tickets from our offices at Coastal Music Studios or online.
We were so proud to see our North County Children’s Choir featured in the local news. Reporter Promise Yee wrote an article for the Coast News highlighting the choir.
It’s so fun to see these kids already getting some well-deserved recognition here in our community.
It’s like Christmas came early for Miss Pam. She has been having so much fun working with this talented bunch of singers. The way everyone has come in and been learning so well together is impressive.
To be honest, we were hoping to have at least 20-25 kids show up to join the choir…guess what… WE HAVE 75 KIDS IN THE CHOIR!!!
These kids have been working hard on the songs and we can’t wait to get out to perform in our community. We’ll be performing several times during the holidays & would love to have you come out and hear these amazing kids sing.
We will be taking a short break over Christmas and New Years but don’t worry….the NCCC is coming back in January. We can’t wait to get our Winter/Spring Session going in 2013.
P.S. – We are looking for local business and corporate sponsors to help us support this choir. There are still costs associated with putting together a free choir and we would love your help. Please email us if you might be able to help out a bit. Thanks!
